if you have Fitzpatrick skin 4-6 we have to be extra careful with your skin. My suggestion would be to pre treat your skin for a month before with a pigment inhibitor like azelaic acid, arbutin and also to hydrate with hyaluronic acid. This is to try to prevent any further pigmentation. We could also start with Derma pigmentation peels.

Derma skin peels

Derma 2.0 Whitening Peeling is a powerful chemical exfoliation treatment formulated to target hyperpigmentation, age spots, melasma, and uneven skin tone. It works by breaking down melanin accumulations and inhibiting excessive melanin production, revealing brighter, more even-toned skin.

This advanced formula features a potent blend of acids and brightening agents, including:
Kojic Acid – Inhibits melanin synthesis to fade dark spots
Glycolic Acid – Deeply exfoliates & resurfaces the skin
Arbutin – A hydroquinone derivative that lightens pigmentation
Resorcinol – Exfoliates & stimulates new skin regeneration
Lactobionic Acid – Brightens, smooths & hydrates the skin
Azelaic Acid – Has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial & depigmenting properties
