Nurse Shakira does my prescriptions I can usually book you in directly to see her at her clinic, she is a few minutes away from my clinic. 

She will issue your prescription and once we have this we can order your Botox. 

Consultation fee for prescription is £30 this is to meet face to face with my nurse prescriber. This will need to be done first before she can prescribe your Botox for me to administer. Please allow a week before your treatment.
